Lining tunnels

Existing tunnels or masonry or concrete arches can be economically strengthened by lining with a corrugated steel structure which is assembled inside the existing structure.

The linings are either bolted plate or two-flange liner plate. The annulus between the steel lining and the existing structure is pressure grouted.
