Liner plate

For lining tunnels where installation is possible from one side only, our liner plate comes into its own - load bearing flanged corrugated steel plate which can be used for tunnelling, relining or strengthening. Typical applications include access shafts, culverts, lining old structures, railway tunnels, protection from failing masonry structures and ammunition stores.

The plates are manufactured in galvanised corrugated 457mm wide steel sections and bolted together to form circular or arch structures. Unlike concrete structures, the design process for our liner plate is rapid and the installation swift and simple, with structures immediately ready to carry loads.
